Conservatorship and Access reviews the difference between the two in legal terms and highlights standard guidelines for visitation.

Child support outlines the basic court guidelines for child support in Texas.

Mediation is required by Harris County Courts. This page reviews how the process works and possible outcomes.

Temporary Orders and Modifications reviews the reasons for, and types of, orders normally considered in the family courts in preparation for, or following, a divorce.

Family Violence  This page offers some resources in the event that you need immediate assistance.

Family Courts provides links to the nine family courts in Harris County, Texas and the court system in general in Fort Bend County, Texas.
